Fix HP Envy Printer offline issue (Printer with Screen)
Now here is the fix for those customers who are using HP Envy Printer with a screen on it. Follow these troubleshooting steps to fix the problem.
- Disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer.
- Now go to your computer open HP Smart App and delete the printer from it.
- Turn On the printer and go to Setup option.
- Go to Setup > Network Setup >Wireless settings.
- Now select your Network and Enter password of your wifi.
- Hit connect and your printer is online.
- Now Add the printer again in HP Smart app.
- HP Envy Printer is online and Ready to print.

Fix HP Envy Printer offline issue (Printer without Screen)
Now in this case we have to perform the troubleshooting for HP Envy printers that don’t have any touch screen or display. We have online touch buttons here on these HP Envy printers. Follow the setps below to fix the printer offline error.
- Disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer.
- Now go to your computer open HP Smart App and delete the printer from it.
- Turn On the printer and Press the Wireless button at the back side of the printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button for 10-12 sec.
- Amber light will start flashing on the printer.
- Now open HP Smart app on the computer and click on Add printer.
- This will add your HP Envy Printer in HP Smart App.
- Now your HP Envy printer is online and ready to print.
